Sam Beaton (actra udas)

Sam Beaton (he/him) is a bilingual actor born and raised in small-town Quebec, now based and living in Montréal.
A hard worker with the mind of a creative; Sam originally worked as a welder and labourer for over a decade until he made the jump into acting when he was accepted into the Professional Theatre program at Dawson College, where he received the Beryle and Willy Moser Award in second year. Now a proud alumnus, he’s gone on to act in a slew of projects in theatre and film. Selected performances include Frederick G. Scott in Whispers of Grief (Mount Royal Cemetery), Stu in Recant (Humanly Possible Theatre), David in Hateful Dead (Noble Mongoose Productions) and Ralph in Island Life (PANART Productions).
Sam is also a writer and producer; creating Saltzman’s Antiques, The Mother Is Dead, and his most recent work Canmore, AB; which he wrote through Playwright’s Workshop Montreal’s Young Creators Unit in 2024. |
